Pei-Feng Su has a master degree in Sociology. Formerly she was the Member Society Director of WSPA in the UK with a focus on building capacity of local activists around the world, in order to build knowledge and skills of aspiring animal activists. Before living Taiwan she was the Operations Director of the Life Conservationist Society of Taiwan.
She formed Asia Link in 2000, which was an active network enabling Asian animal groups working closely and share their experience. Pei-Feng has extensive animal project experience and leveraging on the international contacts. In last few years, she is focusing on the collaboration of animal project campaigns between the regions and countries.
She has In-depth knowledge and experience in strategic planning and international animal welfare project management in diverse environments. Management of multi-cultural teams and varied stakeholders.

Based on extensive animal project experience and leveraging on the international contacts she has worked with over the past 10 years, with other two co-founders, She have developed a training-based organisation (Pioneer Training Centre) with a focus on building capacity of local activists around the world, in order to build knowledge and skills of aspiring animal activists. This began in 2005.
