CITES is the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora.
China join the internation agreement 1981,China is the 63 country join this international agreement, the first country is USA
I found the original Chinese version of this agreement on CITES offical website, very interesting is it's old style vertical Chinese.
